How do I get copies of my subscription invoices?

Each time an invoice is drawn up, following a direct debit, it is sent by email to the address you entered in the [Account \ Payment Properties] menu. If you are not receiving them, check the validity of the email address on that page.

To reprint past invoices, open the [Account \ Billing] menu. Click the "View Invoice" icon of an invoice in the list that you want to print. Click the "Print" link in the top left-hand corner of the invoice preview popup window.
