How do I configure my domain name connection with my supplier?

Your situation:
- You are currently using another supplier's DNS serveurs to manage your domain.
- You have already connected your domain name from the [Account \ Domain Name] menu.

You can now change your domain's DNS and replace them by Actinic.

If you do not have access to your domain management, contact your supplier directly by email or phone them and ask them to modify the primary and secondary DNS to Actinic's DNS.
  .eu, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .ch, .cat, .be, .mobi, .de, .es, .ca,,, .lu,, .pro, .to, .nl, .us, .ie ou .co et .ci and .com Domains

For domain names with these extensions you should use:

 .fr, .it and .re Domains

For domain names with these extensions, you must use:

 Propagation Period 48 hours

Once you or your supplier have modified the necessary DNS settings, there will be a period of between 48 and 72 hours before the new address of your site has spread throughout the internet. This operation is entirely automatic and the time is totally independant of our will and that of your supplier. DNS servers all around the world must be informed that your domain name is now associated with a new Actinic physical address.

WARNING: If you use email accounts with your domain, before redirecting to Actinic, make sure you check your mailboxes both with Actinic AND your ex-supplier during the transition period to be sure messages don't get lost.
