SMS Dispatch Procedure

 Begin Dispatch
Once you have finished configuring your SMS campaign, you can program the dispatch by clicking on the button.

 Test the Dispatch

This page shows how many SMS credits are attached to your account. If you don’t have enough credits to send your campaign to the desired number of contacts, you can order a prepaid SMS pack.

You can test the dispatch by entering your own mobile number in the “Test Dispatch” zone and clicking on the “Test the Dispatch” button.
The mobile number must be in international format: +[Country Code][Number]. Ex: +447011112222.

Note: Each test dispatch will use up one SMS credit.
 Finish the Dispatch

Click on the “Next” button to finalise and confirm the dispatch of your campaign. Accept the terms and conditions relating to the use of SMS campaigns and then click on “Send SMS Campaign” to set up the dispatch of your campaign on our servers at the defined date and time. You can now click the “Finish” button.

The “Back” button will now send you back to the entire list of SMS campaigns that have been created in the system. The confirmed SMS Campaign will appear at the top of the list.
The icon lets you cancel the dispatch.
 Managing Unsubscribes

Customers can unsubscribe from your SMS campaigns in one of two ways:
  1. By sending you an email or message through your website with a way to identify them (name, email, etc.).

    You can then go into their user file and unsubscribe them from SMS marketing on your website. To do this, go to the following menu: [Marketing \ Users] and filter on their name or email address.

    Then click on the “Edit Properties” icon and go to the “Additional” tab.

    Select No under “Subscribed to SMS Marketing” and save your changes.

    This field can be modified through the User File from the "Additional" Tab under "General":

    You can also use Batch Processing to do this for several users at once:

  2. By logging into their account on your website, either from the web or from their mobile and unticking the "Subscribe to SMS Marketing" box under the "Update contact information and preferences" menu.
